Shower on bathroom floor with just a curtain was stifling. Staff terrific, especially Elena, but all women helpful and friendly."

"The location of this property is awesome! It is literally a few steps from Viru Gate as you enter the Old Town, which is perfect for tourists. It has lots of cafes and restaurants as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was very large and clean. "The property was very safe, warm, clean, and modern with everything working. It is close to everything in Old Town and not far from Viru shopping centre & supermarket. It is next door to NOK NOK Thai restaurant whose staff looked after me with my evening meals. I especially loved the heated bathroom floor. It took this 77 year old little lady awhile to figure out how to work the TV ( no grandchildren around) so perhaps some written instructions might be worthwhile. I did find the stairs to the ...

"This hotel was the best pick of Tallin. So convenient to the ferry, buses, tram and old town. The coffee shop and restaurant in the same building are bonuses. Walking in Kadriog park was joyful and so peaceful. Our front desk young man was so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel."
