"This hotel is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday trip for my daughter and myself, along with our family. Unfortunately the pool water was fairly cold. Since advertising, you have heat controlled pools, we were disappointed since we chose this resort for swimming. Most people were jumping out of the pool after stepping in and stating the same. The hotel was great and we were allowed a late checkout to try the pool again, but unfortunately, we mostly kept to the hot tub. I think this is a 5 star...

"The lazy river pool with tubes available was awesome. We loved all of the grassy areas, dog parks, and waste bags available for pet owners. However, there was a lot of dog poop left on the grass! Hard to figure out why. Otherwise, great unit, easy access and parking, comfortable beds…"
