The strike limited my ability to get around effectively making the location not as ideal for my business. WiFi did not work first 2 days, but they gave me a conference room with hard line for free and were attentive to all my requests. "Spacious apartments conveniently located just on the edge of the chaos that is Lourdes. There is a large free parking lot across the street. Arriving on a Sunday, we had to do self check in which was well organized. My only complaint is that the room desperately needed a deep clean. The floors, bed, bathroom etc were clean and I had no concerns about sleeping here, but the baseboards and walls were coated in a layer of dust and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

Most of all it was the staff who made our stay so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble (booking taxis etc.) The housekeeping girls did such an excellent job...faultless. The breakfast buffet was second to none. One suggestion-load your Kindle before arrival as the hotel hotspot does not support a connection."

The back entrance leads to shopping area and restaurants. Walking to old town is convenient. Staff are all friendly and accomodating.
