"Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. "The property is set in beautiful surroundings. Very steep and hilly which is not for everyone. Need to get picked up by property’s Tuk Tuk to reception dining and pool. We stayed near the pool so that was easy. The difficult and dangerous part is access to the beach from the pool. There are a lot of uneven steps and limited railings. We loved being there had easy access into Karon Centre at night for 200bht lots of yummy restaurants and market."
