The Mandarava Resort and Spa Karon Beach staff has world class service. Very professional staff team that is there for your every need. The mulitple pools on site were beautiful, along with great bartender service at each pool. The food at the resort highlighted our trip by the savory dishes we very much enjoyed, along with the plentiful breakfast buffet that was served every morning. Transportation was always on time to took us to and from the lobby or pool areas. They also booked our various excursions that we were interested in checking out. I can go on and on about the experience we had during our stay here. When I return to Phuket, Thailand this will always be where I choose to stay. Once again, great job Mandarava and thank you for your hospitality.

I didn't like the fact that certain individuals got welcomed more than others. I sat there while arriving on the morning of my birthday and watched 4 separate partys receive complimentary welcome drinks and high energy welcomes, while I just received paperwork and was asked for my credit card. And when I addressed the issue, I was ignored. It was kinda hurtful being that I had just gotten off of a 26hr plane ride.A warm welcome on my birthday after something like that would have been appreciated.

Really excellent. Walking distance to the beach and a free shuttle and the staff was so kind and friendly. They even noticed I forgot a charger and phoned ahead to the desk to make sure I got it before I left.
