Place was low-key and perfect for two! King bed was extremely comfy, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and living room was great place to relax. Host checked in multiple times throughout our stay and had great recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Taryn's property was great. We loved the location - quiet and safe and still within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The main bed was very comfy, the area was very quiet and peaceful, and Taryn was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great Stay!
We spent 4 nights at the property, and couldn’t have been happier. The unit was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the location was ideal for us. We were able to have our UNM grad student, and a couple of his friends, over for burgers and margaritas on the patio, which was a great added bonus. 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

We came early to Albuquerque for my mother's 90th birthday party. We found a place that was centrally located. It was perfect for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be. The place was clean and as described in the photos.

Great location!
It's a great, inexpensive spot for a couple or a couple with a kid that is looking for a centralized spot that's close to anything you'll need: Groceries, coffee, highway access, etc, etc. It's smallish, but exactly as advertised, so I wasn't surprised. The ability to park through the alleyway instead of our front was great because your door is right up a few stairs next to a cool outdoor seating area. And the host? Her communication was AWESOME! I knew everything I needed before we checked in. She followed up the second day wow our stay to make sure there were no issues, and the day before we left she made sure we knew everything we needed for a smooth check out. Definitely saving this spot on my list for a future visit!

Quiet, clean, and close
This location is close (walking distance) to our relative's ABQ home. Also close to grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. There is very little street noise in this quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and neat. There is a green shady park, Hyder Park, three blocks south; good for walking and food trucks on Tuesday.

Amazing rental
