"Room wast bad once you get in, property is terribly maintained and run down. Multiple units with doors kicked in and wide open. For the price, the room itself is not bad at all, just so long as you stay inside. The property is just a mess but for being so close to Orlando's main attractions it's hard to beat the price."

"We just returned from vacation, traveled with 2 kids (6 & 10). The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining and parks. In addition, the resort has few restaurants, ice crean caffee and even grocery store. We were not sure at the beginning due to reviews but we loved every moment we stayed Westgate resort. First of all the room was perfect for us (1 bedroom villa newly renovated) with full kitchen (incl. dishwasher)and 2 bathrooms. Second, it has sharable washer/dryer just at the coner of out room. The room had complimentary dishwasher soap and detergent. Behind the building it was a pool that closed 10pm that was perfect for us, we were able to enjoy swimming after hot walking day in the park. We had not enough towels but only with one call to the service desk the staff provided bunch of towels for us. Water park in the resort like a cherry on the cake was a great addition. Kids were super excited and we had a hard time to convince them to leave. Only one small minus, floors in the room was not clean and if the room had some bucket and mop I have no problem to mop it as I prefer. 5 stars to resort and staff. Thanks."
