Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! "Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!"

"Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"

"I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience."

Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. The owner and property manager were both VERY responsive when we reached out with questions about the property.
