We are right on Trinity River with great access to fishing, rafting, and other water activities. 26 shady acres amid lush valleys and wildlife, big and small, including regular bald eagle sightings. Enjoy a sundowner with friends at the new beer garden and room to roam and fun for kids including a pool, beach, mini golf, game room, ping pong, corn hole, & more. Full kitchen. Heating and AC.
