“Dont look anywhere else”

I wish there was a 10 star option, because that is what this place deserves. The accomodations were way more than I had hoped for - the room was really comfortable and clean, the jacuzzi tub was awesome and sitting on the porch under the trees was so relaxing. The location is really convenient - it is only a short walk to the village and lake. The best thing about this place, though, was the customer service. I had messed up the date for our stay and the proprietors fixed the problem as if it had been their mistake instead of mine. They went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome room, even though we showed up on the wrong day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Stay here and you will have the best time!

- Folks at Saddleback Inn were Very Welcoming - Breakfast was ok - Location is perfect. - Cozy rooms and hotel premise was clean. - 7-eleven was near by to take coffea & essentiala. Plan to Visit again in Winter .

“Excellent place”

The hotel "room" was a beautiful bangalow with bedroom, living room, 2 tvs, double jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms, shower, patio, fireplace, and central heating. Very clean, and romantic. The hotel is close to main stores and restaurants, the lake, and at nights you are invited to a very peaceful surrounding. Expect to hear absolutely no sounds at night. It's just you, a cozy bangalow, and a night full of stars. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant with very good service and excellent food. Another thing I liked a lot was that unlike Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead Village is a wonderful place with very nice and polite people. Definitely a place for families or couples who want to spend some quite time in a nice place.

Tall trees everywhere on this property. Very beautiful and green. Being from the high desert this was a major plus for us! Everything seemed to be within walking distance. Convenience store 3 minutes away. Arrowhead Village, with lots of factory outlet shops, 10 minutes away. Had a relaxing experience here and we will return soon.

“Outstanding Service”

We had a wonderful stay at the Saddleback Inn this past week. We were very impressed with the quality and attentiveness of the service - they were responsible and accommodating. The location is great - the inn is about a 100 yards from the entrance to Lake Arrowhead Village. The restaurant and bar were of high quality, with an excellent wine selection. We'll definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was that our room had a really odd smell to it - I've heard that from other guests as well so hopefully they'll work to remedy that. Overall we highly recommend the Saddleback Inn!

“Great October Weekend Getaway”

Darling cottages, walking distance to the lake and shopping. Restaurant was not so good. Steak was overcooked, salmon was raw in the middle. Would not eat dinner there again.

“Best Place to Stay in Lake Arrowhead”

We had a great stay at this hotel. Its positioned perfectly, right in between lake Arrowhead and the Big Bear. Extremely clean enviroent in conjunction with very plesant people who work there made our stay at the hotel extremely plesant. The crue was very helpful and has done everything to make us feel at home. The accomodations offered a jet tub, television and a great view. Restaurant has probably the best food around, considering that there aren't many food places in the area. Book a reservation there, and a very plesant romantic dinner will be ensured. We were extremely satisfied with this place and cant wait to go back and spend our next vacation at the lake in near future.

“"A Romantic & Quiet, Historic Hideaway"”

We loved the attention to detail of our room, "Gen. Geo. Custard." A comfy bed! Pictures of historic scenes on the walls and classic solid wood furniture. Lighting was excellent in the bathroom w/circulating hot water. All at the front desk were friendly & so helpful, treating us like we were family. Delicious & uniquely presented food for dinner as well as the complimentary full breakfast. Great location with access to Lake Arrowhead Village and the private beach. We will definitely return soon and hope others will come check it out! Thanks to Kurt, Karen & Heather for such a great time!

The Saddleback Inn was a pleasant surprise! The proximity to the lake and shopping was outstanding! The ambiance is warm and welcoming from the moment you step into the place. There is a beautiful dining room and a full on breakfast is served each morning gratis! I liked the fireplace in the room and it just had a cozy, warm feeling to the room. I would love to go back again.
