Newly renovated Mid Century Beach Cottage on a huge double corner lot, nearly 1/2 acre. Mature Mango and Cherry trees on a wonderful yard with Oak and Pine shade trees. Walk or bike to restaurants, stores, and the beach (approx. 1 mile). Updated in a contemporary open style including a new Trane A/C, new cabinets, granite counters, tile shower. This original Cedar cottage was one of the first in the area, and retains its historical character with modern amenities. A taste of Old Florida.

We stayed just short of 3 weeks. The house is immaculate and totally stocked with everything we needed. Mike was easy to work with. The property is not only newly renovated but stunning! If you’re looking for a spot surrounded by a lot of action it is not for you but rather a quiet residential neighborhood which was a perfect fit for us.

Best central location for hitting all of the best shell beaches.
I very rarely leave reviews but I didnʻt want to miss this one. Itʻs just the coolest place that reminds me of a beach cottage in California along the coast. Itʻs also the most clean place I have ever stayed in. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and the most beautiful yard.

Was very happy with the shape of the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Games, Bikes, outside living, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even a cooler. The ONLY thing o couldn’t find was a notepad and pen. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place
Everything as described. Very quiet location, yet close to main road. Modern interior, very clean. New appliances. Ideal place for couples with 2 kids. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs and bicycles too. Outdoor grill.We were able to check in earlier and check out bit later. Definitely would stay again.

Couples Florida get away
The actual property is nice. Perfect for a couple or small family. They have beach equipment which was helpful. The only down side is that we have stayed in many VRBO units. This is the first one ever to not have at least a couple of cold waters in the refrigerator upon arrival. Most all the units we have rented over many years had at least water. They have all had a small welcome basket of snacks and some have even had a couple of beers in refrigerator or a bottle of wine. Those special touches make it nice when you been traveling hours to reach your destination.
