"Very quiet and safe area of Miami. Very close to metromover and trolley stops. The apartment was very spacious with tv in the lounge and bedroom. All cooking facilities if needed. Shame the balcony didn’t get any sun. "

"We came to Miami for a medical emergency for a family member. This property was amazing for us as everything was easy. Easy to book, great communication, the staff were available and attentive to our needs, very clean, and in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but also within walking distance to the city. We were very happy! "

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "
