The staff at the hotel is fantastic very helpful and very nice. The only problem was that the air conditioner was out in the common areas in the lobby of the elevator and in the hallways so it was kinda hot maybe hot the wrong word very warm also went down to use the Health club if you will and the one machine they had was broken they did have some dumbbells and it looks like the treadmill was operating what wasn’t the best but overall the place is great.

Aisha at the front desk was a star!! Also my name sake (Asha) she was really helpful and accommodating. I was only here for a night but will come back for future Miami stays! The room was large, spacious and clean.

Very clean place. One elevator was down so it was difficult to get up or down without waiting a few times around. Tiles in the working elevator were broken. Bar staff and check in staff were great. The vibe was excellent all around.

The front desk, each and every one of them, were wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Joshua went the extra mile to help me get dinner. Having transport to the port was exceptional. It arrived on time got us to the ship quickly.

This is the perfect hotel for cruisers! Great location close to shopping and restaurants with a bar/food in lobby. Rachel at the front desk was wonderful called to check for early check in and she worked her magic and prioritized a room for us customer service extraordinaire! 5++stars
