I visited during a time of renovation for their new pool area. I bet that’ll be really nice and am disappointed I won’t get to experience it. Over all safe conditions, a corner away from Brickell-Downtown shopping and restaurants with easy access to the rail and metro over.

The front desk agent was very rude. The check im process was quick however I tried to have a pleasant convo by with the FD agent by asking her to pronounce her name and she refused to. No one directive was given as to where to go after given the keys I stayed with a party of 6 for 1nt. We signed up for the cruise transfer . We were first to get to the 1st floor yet we never got a chance to get on the bus as everyone else rushed to it . There’s no order. Nice property but lacking customer service

Nice area, close to dinners and caffes. Seemed safe, the hotel is located close to the light train station. There are plenty of places to dine or have breakfast. Also close to the mall in Brickell.
