"No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card. "

"The room was very nice & spacious, and the location was good. This is just steps from the train station but far enough to be quiet and feel pretty safe. It had a big breakfast buffet and the dinner that we had at their restaurant (Chutney's) was very good. We slept very well."
