I have stayed a various resorts in Reno, and the Peppermill is by far the best in town. Beautiful rooms (Tuscan Tower, 2 king beds), the bath room is giant and even has a tv and the casino is first class. We use to go to vegas and this year we changed it up and came to the Peppermill. Much better ...
We used the hotel as a stopover on our way to Palm Springs and we were very pleased to be able to enjoy different restraunts and bars. Best sushi I have ever had. Thank you. Great price
Everything great, except daytime valet and cab service
Large rooms great for when you have dogs. It is right next to the marina with lots of areas to walk dogs. The hotels provides you with dog bowls and a ball.
We booked our stay in hopes of a better experience then we had @ Harrahs months earlier - We booked the players suite and it was worth every penny- the bed was maybe a little soft - I like rock hard beds, the wife says it was perfect. The casino was clean and sportsbook had s line on all the games. ...
The front desk staff was super-friendly. The bed was really comfortable. I am very fussy about pillows, usually hotel pillows are hard and too big, but these were just right. Nice big bathroom and very clean. Would certainly stay here again.
The place is amazingly pleasing. Filled with antique fixtures and old pictures of Reno. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downfall were the sheets and towel. Both were very rough and stiff. Sheets were not comfortable, very scratchy, and towels were the same.
