"We had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was spacious. Lovely backyard as well. It definitely met our needs. We were in town for a sporting event so it was nice to have a quiet place to wind down. The only issue we noticed was that the flooring was a bit squeaky. No one can sneak up on you so that is a good thing I suppose. If we return we would stay again."

"This is a large and roomy house for a family gathering with a quiet and scenic backyard. The backyard spa was a nice feature to have too. Very nice neighborhood with shopping close by."

"The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great."

"We came to Bakersfield to celebrate my mother’s life, have a memorial with the family. Jonathan was more than accommodating. The house was perfect for all the family to stay at, we had family from Oregon and Northern California. There was plenty of room and the backyard was perfect for us. I appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again if we needed to. Thank you!"
