This private Cannon Beach getaway is situated in the Hidden Villa Cottages, a small group of six well-designed, cottage-style rentals in a peaceful residential neighborhood near the beach and downtown's shopping and dining. Amenities for this home include a flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player, a futon couch in the living room, and free WiFi to stream your favorite music or research your next Cannon Beach adventure. The family dog is also welcome.

The beach is a mere block away, and restaurants and shops are a ten-minute walk away in Cannon Beach proper. Stunning Haystack Rock and its famous tide pools are also a short stroll away along the sandy shore. A public laundry site is available at Cannon Beach RV Resort, two miles away.

The cabin was a bit more rustic that I thought it would be. It was very clean, but needs to be updated. Very comfortable bed. But four people would have been two too many. Only one wine glass! Wow. Parking was good. Just needs an update and will be good for two adults.

It was a nice place, had everything we needed. Only negatives were bottom of door (strip) was coming off and there were 2 good size holes in both ends of the bottom that we plugged with towels. Shower drain had a very sharp drain plate that cut my foot in the shower and finally there is not central fan but they did have a big box fan thank goodness.

Just as described. A few things could have made the bungalo slightly more comfortable, but overall just what we needed - close to beach and a 10 minute walk from main area. Afterwe left we noticed that my son had left behind very important stuffed animals. I paid the fee to have it checked and they got back to me and said they were found and on the way to the Seaside office to be shipped back.We were so grateful!! Fast forward a week and they send automated message that the stuffed animals were not found and there was some confusion. I know it was my fault we left them there, but the back and forth was so disappointing and frustrating.

This is a tiny, cute, and cozy cabin. It is very inexpensive for the area, but you get what you pay for. If you don’t expect luxury, you will be very happy here. Would stay again!

A great beach
This cottage has been updated in an iffy way making it feel not quite safe, plugs and light switches not working. The microwave was over my head. The toilet backed up. The internet did not work. There was only one plate. The bed made my back ache. It was a good thing that it was not far from a beautiful beach.

Fun little beach cabin!
Love the location and the comfort! Felt like I was at my grandmas place on the beach ❤️ We had everything we needed and it was pretty quiet at night so we had lots of energy to fit all of our adventures in! We would definitely come back and stay again! So much fun!

Cute and small.
The cabins on this property are cute and small. If we were younger and smaller, we would have enjoyed it more. The bathroom is tiny. But there were plenty of towels. There was a sign to take off your shoes when you enter the house, but with foot issues, we can't walk barefoot anywhere. We also found this ironic because the carpet is kind of ripped up between the living area and the bedroom, so it's not like it's new carpet. The sink is cracked in the kitchen. The ice in the fridge tasted horrible, so plan on bringing a bag of ice for your beverages. Not sure if it was a water problem or what it could have been. The courtyard was nice for people who wanted to sit and visit, but one had a very vocal dog, and there were a couple of families with kids who played outside until 10:45 right by the windows, which had to be open for fresh air. This would be a perfect place to rent if you had a number of young families with just a kid or maybe two to all be together and rent the whole complex. Then everyone gets their together time and their privacy. We did leave early because we wanted to get home after the wedding we attended, so we could have stayed another night, but felt like leaving instead of dealing with the kids and dogs that were very close. It's not the fault of the place, we are just older and into our comfort.

The location doesn't get much better. Especially for the price. You can leave your door and be on the beach in 2 minutes staring right at Haystack. We've stayed here twice and will absolutely stay again.

This rental is not as advertised. The maintenance of the cottage is poor. Sinks cracked, wallpaper is ripped, chewed blinds, Curtain fixtures are fall off when you move the curtains. Handles on the cabinets are not secured, towel rods are not secured, furniture is dirty, mattress is firm, pillows are cheap and thin. Bring your own pillow. Not worth the cost of the stay. The best thing about these cottages is the location and the beach. Enjoyed cannon beach in general but will not stay here again. Vacasa needs to invest in their rentals.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids <7 y/o) enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect with a short walk to coffee shops and the beach less than 3 blocks away. And a short walk to downtown Cannon Beach where we enjoyed shopping and eating at restaurants. The accommodations were perfect with the kitchenette and living room area for meals and space for the kids to play and sleep on the futon.

I booked another location with this same management company but they gave my reservation to some one else which was a TOTAL bummer because that’s the place my husband and I stayed when we got married. So when they told me that it was doubled booked and they gave it to some one else I was bummed to say the least. So I picked this current place, cottage which was less than spectacular. They over charged me for dogs and the couple people I spoke with, where less than awesome or helpful. I was willing to take this place because they had a fireplace and then four days before our stay I received an email from a maintenance gentleman saying the fireplace was broken! So I asked if we could stay in another cottage that had a working fireplace and he said that he would forward my email to the front end staff to ask and they would let me know and I never received any email from anybody. So yeah, less than spectacular customer service. The cottage was okay. The carpet was nasty and falling apart, one of the two stove top burners was broken and not working, there was no dog potty bags in the outdoor holder and the furniture was discolored and chewed on. Bed linens and towels were clean. I understand That things happen but I will Not be staying here or with that property management company again.
