"House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place"

"We stayed the month of March at this house. We thought it was well represented on the VRBO website. It was clean, neat and tidy and extremely well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Furnishings are adequate but basic and a bit dated. Our communications with the host were excellent. It’s a great location in Westlake Village, near to grocery shopping and lots of dining options."

"The house was a great find, and had plenty of room for a large group to spread out in. There are two large bedrooms and a bathroom at the far end of the house, a master bedroom and bath closer to the middle of the house and two more bedrooms and a bathroom more towards the front of the house. The fact that all the beds were queen or king size was a huge plus for us, and three bathrooms in a one story house is a rare find. The living room, sitting room, kitchen and eating areas were also large...
