"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. "We stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults with 2 grown up children) and it was fabulous for us. Location was perfect, beds are very comfortable, housekeeping is excellent, it has air conditioning which was great. We didn't have a car but bus and ferry stops are within a couple of mins walk. "We stayed for 6 nights in Oct/Nov.Lovely en-suite room,clean and comfortable,we had access to a small balcony arrear which must be lovely in summer. Hotel staff very helpful(found information for us re trains etc). Accommodation just 10 mins walk from train station, and 5 mins walk to Lake and boat/ferries. Has a small "fitness" room with tread mill and exercise bike, also an electronic massage chair that was great fun."
