"Helpful desk staff! Room looked nice, up to date. The bed was soft for me and I forgot my pillow, so I was uncomfortable every night. May not be the case for others. Great location! Easy access in and out, easy to walk over a pedestrian bridge to downtown. Right across the street from 2 museums!"

"I dare to say that I think I like this hotel better than the JW Marriott Downtown. This hotel is in the heart of everything, its got an amazing restaurant on the main level and another roof top bar/restaurant on the 8th floor. We had a corner room, service was amazing and I loved that it was a tossimo for coffee instead of normal crappy hotel coffee. I loved that they had a glass water bottle to fill with ice an water instead of water bottles. Everything was so great. We'll be staying here every time we stay downtown from now on. "
