"Came to GR with my mom and baby to visit zoo for Lantern Fest and Gardens, so great location. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin."

"Nice flat for 2 couples. Living room rug is dirty and stained...moved the coffee table slightly, only to find lots of leftover goodies under it. Might want to speak with cleaning crew. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay."

"Interior condition was great and super clean. Everything you need is there. This is a noisy neighborhood plus the upstairs bedrooms are hot if windows are closed. Customer sleeping by neighboring liquor store is offputting. Couch was broken, really broken, in 2 places. Check street view before renting. A summertime stay would be a hard go of it."

"It seems as the owners are new to VRBO. The place was decorated nicely, but the kitchen was not clean, the oven did not work and the kitchen was not well stocked. We found the place late in our search for somewhere to stay for the marathon. It was fine for one night."

"We traveled with friends for a weekend craft brew trip. We were able to walk to many breweries/restaurants from the property. This apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was very responsive to my questions. We'd stay here again!"

"As advertised, pictures are accurate. Communication with Stephanie was great. My only advise is to add that this apartment is up a flight of steep steps. We had to bring our dog who has some back leg problems and I would have picked one of the lower level rentals if I would have known this. Otherwise all was good. Thanks Stephanie."

"Location location location! Van Andel is right across the street and great places to eat and drink with 1/4 mile walk. With Bob next door, the noise could be an issue on weekend nights depending on floor you are on."

"Very nice and clean apartment on top floor. Great convenient parking. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Only issue is you need to pick up the key at an alternate location not very well marked. The info said you could check in 1 hour before you could get in the unit but the keys did not arrive until a couple mins after 4:00 so we had to wait"

"Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying on this beautiful property. The host was quick to answer my silly questions, and the house is just so quaint and homie. The only downside was the tv was in the upper bedroom area and we enjoyed playing games around the table but wanted to watch the basketball games as well! We’d also recommend putting a pathway to walk down to the house the grass was so mushy we were terrified of ruining your grass! Otherwise we plan to stay again during the warmer...
