The floor was coming up in several places. The attendant at the desk was very unpleasant he appeared to be bother every time I asked a question. He never made eye contact. The sheets did not stay on the corner of the bed. The best in the room was the microwave and refrigerator.

The bed was awful. Sitting on it you sunk down so far it was hard to get back up. Need an update. Asked for a dryer and was informed they did not have another available for the room. Overall experience was not good.
