"We had a great experience staying at the Canyon Creek retreat. Very nice property just outside of Glenwood Springs. Lots of land and a really nice front porch. The home is large (we had 7 people, but there was room for at least 10) and comes fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice big TV in the family room as well. "We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"I liked that the hotel had a swimming pool. I liked that it was closed to many good eateries. The free breakfast was good. Maybe the channels on the TV not being enough of a selection, and the bathroom sink a bit difficult to turn off, would be the only things I disliked. Still, it was a wonderful stay."

"Rooms were ordinary, staff was ordinary. The hotel itself is pretty nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are nice, gameroom could use some updating. It's literally next door to the gondola, and a few blocks from shopping/dining. I'd recommend it if you have kids that enjoy pools/gamerooms"
