"We loved our time at the Kimmell House. Beautiful grounds and house was amazing! We stayed in the private cottage with a king bed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the sheets were the best I have ever felt, 4 pillows with a variety of firm and soft, and our room was lovely. They went above and beyond with extra comforts and treats. Breakfast both days was delicious and homemade from scratch, absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful weekend, and we are so thankful we found this gem of a B&B."

"We were in the area for a hockey weekend in Fort Wayne but we would 100% return for a longer stay when it gets warm. The house was very clean and described perfectly. My husband loved the little town and was able to get in a very scenic 15 mile run. Marion is an amazing host and extremely communicative. 12/10! Would stay again!"

"Traveling for a baseball tourney at City- County. This property was close enough to the complex, but far enough to avoid the hustle bustle and traffic of town. Property is exactly as advertised. I could have easily given more than 5 stars on a few elements, including owner communication, check-in process and cleanliness. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Very well remodeled and furnished. The deck is wonderful, beds were comfy (which is rare, so thank you! 😊) Thanks for a...
