The bartenders, wait staff, concierge, guest arrival services members were impressive and professional. We merely experienced a problem with our access to warm/hot water for showering. After reporting “cold water bathing” as du jour twice in one day, we were relocated to a different room—yet the next two rooms were not reflective of our purchased/selected rate, and on the third attempt we were relocated to a room with merely “tepid” temperature of water. This disappointing fact was reported to administration.
