Curtains did not close. Bathroom tile was lose and mildew. some receptacle's were lose and did not work. Outside ice machine did not work. Vending machine were sparse and not convenient. Breakfast was good.

Forced stay in terrible hotel

I arrived in for check in at about 10:30. I had prepaid for my trip online in hopes to avoid any problems and the combined rates, hotel and flight, were really good. While waiting my turn in line we were informed of the $50.00 cash deposit. This deposit was required with reservations or not. After about an hour of waiting for my room key, tired and sleepy, I walked into my room. Shower lights not working in the bathroom, somebody's hair all under the covers all over the bed. Too tired I just slept on top of the covers. Front desk never picked up the phone when called. Next morning I complained to front desk and they did put clean sheets this time but still no light bulb installed in bathroom. If only one night I would have just dealt with it and went on but 4 nights I stayed here showering in the dark and waiting no less than 30 minutes for hot water to flow out of shower. The management at this hotel is terrible with it's concern for its customers. I couldn't get my money back because I paid online. So I was stuck at this place for 4 days. Don't wast your hard earned money at this place you will be disappointed.

Ok for an emergency

Pros: The beds were amazingly comfortable.
Cons: Make non smoking rooms!!!
Location: Right off the freeway and easy access. Within two miles of the Cowbiys stadium.
The beds were wonderfully comfortable. However, our "non-smoking" room simply reeked of smoke. My allergies are a mess due to this. I couldn't sleep and have a severe sore throat & sinus pressure. It was too warm and we couldn't turn the heat low enough. We'll pass on this place next time.

Pros: Parking lot
Cons: allmost everything
Have been to 75 of the cheapest motels in the country this year....by far the worst!!! I don't ask for much, have only complained twice in my life. Please go elsewhere.....

Horrible area

Can't understand staff with their accent. Room falling apart and carpet with huge stains. towel rod falling off wall with chipped paint and plaster around it. Erosion at bottom of door frame to bathroom. But it did look like the superficial cleaning was done well.

Not worth staying!

Pros: The lady who checked us in was pleasant.
Cons: everything in this location can be improved.
Location: The location was under the overpass of 2 major highways. Terrible! It is close to the Arlington sports stadiums and relatively close to downtown.
The outside of the Motel was covered in trash. The rooms were extremely dirty (floors, bathroom, curtains, mirror). The toilet didn't work in the room. Several lights didn't work in the room. The clock and phone didn't work in the room. This location severely tarnishes the Baymont Brand. It is surprising that Expedia would even support this location.

Where's the hot water?

Cons: Quality Control!
Spent one night and there was no hot water in the morning. Inquired about it and was told it was the boiler and asked if there would be hot water in the morning. Sure. Guess what? Not! You could tell by the deer in the headlight look that I was probably the 30th person to ask the same question.

It was not too good but not so bad. The hotel is located in between highway. I didn't have any problem for my stay. I think it's okay for short stay.

Showed up at the motel to print out my cowboys tickets, because you'd expect for a place like this to be so close to the Stadium to provide such a service to the guests. Well I was wrong the girl at the counter told me to visit the Home Depot. I needed a computer and printer not a hammer to fix the place. Ended up going to the Sheraton to print out the tickets with no problem. I wasn't even a guest but they were Cowboys fans. Should have stayed there in the first place but that's what we get for trying to save a few bucks. Not worth it.
