Requested towels in the morning and was told they would be delivered. No one arrived for over 45 mins so I re-used soiled towels. Upon leaving in the AM, I notified them that no towels were delivered and they ensured me that they would deliver more before I returned. Upon return 6 hours later, no towels had been delivered. Called and notified them of situation and was told that I would need to come down and grab them because nobody could deliver them the entire day. I would’ve liked to have been told that in the morning so I could’ve grabbed them myself. Also woke up in the morning with multiple ant? bites all over my upper body. Will not be staying here again

The property and room was nice, and clean. My only issue is that the person who checked me in double charged me and I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund almost a week later. It's been extremely frustrating.
