Three days in a dallas storm

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Staff tried but seemed to either not have training or knowledge to complete tasks
Cons: hotel needs a complete facelift and especially carpets in teh halls and cleaning in stairwells.
Location: near Dallas Love Field not sure about local attractions as everything was closed due to the storm
Trying to save money on a business trip to dallas I booked a "deal" for both car and hotel in dallas. The hotel smelled bad and didn't feel safe. Hotel staff had a hard time handling simple tasks such as getting room keys set for my two night stay and checking me into booked room with one king bed. I was in dallas 2/23-2/25 during the ice storms and hotel bar was only restarant open I could find other than Wattaburger and as a result the staff was overwelmed and provided slow service. I'm not sure how much of a deal this really was.

Feels unsafe

Posted Feb 2, 2015
As a single guy I did not have a huge issue with the ambiance of the hotel, but I wouldn't take my family there; it doesn't feel safe. It's more of a hotel for truck drivers passing through. The Internet in the room never worked and I couldn't get anything done. Staff was friendly. The place needs an update.

Nice for the price

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Near to hotel, free shuttle, free continental breakfast
Location: very close to Love Field Dallas Airport
The hotel is very nice for the price and for business purposes is a good option. The room was very comfortable and clean and with several amenities: dryer, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. They provide free shuttle hotel Love Field Dallas Airport - hotel. Is very close, less than 10 minutes.

The room is a bit outdated, not enough outlets and blankets. Other than that, it was alright for the price.
