This Del Mar Beach condo is just steps away from San Diego's finest beach. It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers a outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available.

There is no a/c in the building, however we have ceiling fans and box fans.
Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress.

The following is included in rental: cookware and full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, linens/bedding, bathroom towels, etc.

Terrific Del Mar property!
This two bedroom two bath property is beautifully located so that we can walk to the beach every day! Everything has been updated. There are plenty of chairs and beach items for use. We will be back!

Great Condo steps from beach
We really enjoyed this condo. Beds were comfy, surrounding felt safe, neighborhood was quiet, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and everything was very clean. Location was so great. You cross the road and are less than a block from the beach entrance. Even with the entrance straight across being closed, it was such a short walk to get to the sand. The only thing to note-bring your own beach towels and blanket (wagon, buckets and some chairs are provided) and the off leash dog area is right down the beach. Most owners were respectful and kept dogs leashed until the off leash area, but not all. Thought this was something to note. Great if you love dogs or are traveling with dogs, not so great if you aren’t a fan of dogs. We would definitely return to this condo next time we visit the area. Thank you!

Very comfortable home, in a great location
We've stayed here several times and it is our go-to in Del Mar. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach, is well stocked and cared for, and very comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and has easy access to some great restaurants. Dan is great to deal with.
