Watch out when booking with Expedia.

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Booked a queen bed non smoking and when I got the confirmation I didn't pay attention but they gave me a double smoking room. The hotel staff was quick to point that out when I complained and switched my room the next day. The second room was much better but overall the hotel is nothing special but the cheapest price you can pay in that area. Rooms need to be updated but if the hotel is almost full every night why would they update them?

A terrible place to stay!

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Under staffed in housekeeping and front office. Front office said they only had one housekeeper to clean the rooms. That's impossible to accomplish for one person! Office door often locked. My room had a dirty carpet, no toiletries, except toilet paper. No towels, glasses, silverware, plates, pillowcases. This property is old and poorly maintained and managed. Low standards not acceptable.

Team hotel

Posted May 28, 2015
I arranged for my sports team and I to stay here during a tournament in Denver. The price was good and it was really nice having a kitchenette for the weekend. The hotel is next door to a big super market so that was also very convenient. Most of the staff was very friendly. On the downside, our non smoking rooms did smell a lot like smoke and they didn't have enough towels for each girl (4 to a room) to have one. Overall I would recommend it for a thrifty trip.

outdated hotel in need of serious repair /updates

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Clean sheets and matress cover. Not sure of the bedspread was clean so I threw it on the floor
Cons: Everything
For what we needed and the price it was ok. I would never recommend or stay again. should be called a Motel not a Hotel. Very outdated, musty smells, old furniture, gross carpet. Not comfortable with the type of hotel or guests. Only plus, it was next to a grocery store

Disgusting room

Posted May 19, 2015
This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. Filthy carpet, no top sheet on the bed, horrible furniture and unusable "kitchen". The Most awful thing about it, though, was the cigarette smoke. After the first night, my clothes stank so bad that I had to keep the windows of my car down when I drove anywhere. And my car still stinks of tobacco. I had to have my jacket and suitcase professionally cleaned, also. I Couldn't even stay the third night, even though I had already paid for it.

Nah I'm good

To be honest... The only thing I have nice to say about this hotel is the price. The staff in the office avoided customers (not being in the front until they absolutely had to, even during prime check-in and check-out hours.) and even when they did surface, they were uninterested in being helpful. Plus! When I called to add another night in the room... They got so confused that I had to make a SECOND reservation. To which I had to check out and recheck in. For the same room. And! When I went to recheck in the office was locked and I was forced to call them to ask them to open the door to reset our keys. When we got to the room, there was no remote to the TV, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, and the door to the bathroom didn't close all the way. On top of all that, the toilet wouldn't even flush all the way. To keep it simple, things that should go down the toilet did NOT go down the toilet. All in all, I will never stay here again. And I will ensure that no one I know stays here again. I promise I am not snooty and high-maintenance... But come on. If I hadn't though ahead and brought everything I could possibly need... Me and my fiancé would have been screwed. So unless you have absolutely no other option... Avoid this place. Like the plague.

close to many places you want to try

Some of the staff is very pleasant and helpful, while some staff is very unfriendly. The rates are cheap, so no one expects five star, but my room(#218) had an overwhelming stench of urine. The accommodations were just fine, including a kitchenette and a fridge. Just a very poor smell.
