An Okay place to stay.

Pros: The cost compared to other hotels, and the proximity to the bike path.
Cons: Get rid of the musty smell the first night. Some paint in run down looking areas.
Location: Bike path. Parks, Cherry Creek shopping center, a couple of close restaurants with good food.
It has great access to the Cherry Creek bike path, and a short ride downtown. The free parking was a plus. I was surprised how quiet it was. The room smelled very musty the first night, but not after that. It does look a bit run down, like it could use some paint in stairwells.

worst hotel in a long time!

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: maintenance
Location: A nice restaurant a block away for breakfast.
First the key card was miss programed, so had to return to office to get it corrected, second toilet wouldn't flush, third the room phone voice mail had not been cleared from the previous guest and forth there were no cups in room. Was later told you have to come back to the office to get cups! An insincere apology was all I received upon checking out. No offer of a reduced rate was given. The price paid is way to much to pay for this terrible service. I want Expedia to compensate me for this bad experience.

Extremely dirty

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything. Tear it down and build a new one!
Location: Cops were circling in the parking lot, I was scared to even be there. Not a nice neighborhood.
This hotel was not at all what I expected by the pictures that were shown through Expedia. I wouldn't even let my children down on the floor. I was very unhappy all together. Needless to stay we did not stay the night and left right away.

THIS IS NOT AN EXTENDED STAY HOTEL

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Cons: EVERYTHING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT........DISCONTINUE LISTING THIS FACILITY AS A HOTEL!
Location: Grocery store and bank within walking distance; NOTHING TO DO IS NEARBY.
This alleged hotel is not a hotel at all; it is an extended stay hotel that is being converted to a Section 8 housing unit, as well as housing for paroled convicts with ankle bracelets! We saw police doing checks on the parolees! We were told as much by the hotel front desk staff. Of course, this was after paying the hotels charges upfront, which I did not realize was the case. We never had any maid service during our 5-night stay - no bathroom cleaning, no wiping/dusting, we had to ask for the vacuum cleaner so we could vacuum our room. We always had to take our towels down to the front desk and exchange them for clean towels; oftentimes, they did not have any clean towels and would not do the laundry to have clean towels. Our room was located next door to a single mother with several young children, so sometimes we heard crying and wailing. The car door handle was somehow scratched while the car was parked in the parking lot. IN GOOD CONSCIENCE, I RECOMMEND NO ONE STAY AT THIS FACILITY!!

Strange customer service experience

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Location: Close enough to downtown Denver but less expensive than downtown hotels. We were visiting family who live downtown.
When I arrived to check in around 9:15pm, the receptionist told me she could not check anyone in between 9:00 and 10:00, and I would need to wait for 45 minutes. This was after I told her I had a reservation. I was floored by this declaration - whoever heard of such a policy? Eventually I was able to check in "because the reservation was with Expedia" - as if that somehow magically made it OK? Another odd thing - they did not have an in-room coffee maker, although the room is set up with a mini-kitchen. When I went to the desk in the morning to ask if they had coffee, the clerk retrieved a small coffee maker from behind the desk and told me I could "sign it out". What??

Couldn't stay.

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: My room could have been clean and the bed could have been made.
Location: It was close to downtown.
When I checked in, the door to my room was wide open. It was unclean and the bed was unmade. There was a bad musty smell in the room. It seemed more like an extended stay flophouse especially with the ancient sink and stove. I was running late, so I didn't unpack my car and took off. I didn't have time to complain to the front desk, and there was a sign on the door that said the office would be closed after 11:00 PM. I was busy until midnight, so I made the decision not to return and slept elsewhere.
