It was so great to be greeted and attended by genuinely happy and nice people. Even though we arrived past midnight (due to airline delays.) We were checked in in less than 2 minutes. Beds were very comfortable.

You can go next door to a amazing finer or walk to has station chicken but that's about it. The A/c in our room was broken. A stranger came into our room bc the front desk gave them keys to the wrong room when they checked in. There is NO POOL just a very old residential style hot tub, not really for commerical/hotel use. The pull out bed also didn't work and was welded shut. For almost $200/a night we could have stayed anywhere else. The staff is helpful and nice but the building is worn down and in need of upgrades.

The staff host that received us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better. Eggs were ok and sausage was not what we expected. Not a big deal in the big picture. Overall, we had a good experience.

Property is close to DIA and was fairly clean. Building interior is showing signs of aging. Elevator floor was patched with mismatched tiles. Walls were missing paint here and there. Having a free breakfast was a bonus. There is a diner across the street which we didnt try but looked rustic and worth a shot one day. Im still on the fence if i would go back or not.

The manager and staff all helped us out of a poor situation caused by the large computer outage. They were very helpful and understanding and went out of their way to be kind. The breakfast was also better than most. The airport shuttle ran on time. All in all a great value for the price.
