I was told when I called to confirm my reservation I would be able to have the airport shuttle and I gave the rep my time of needing a pickup at 11:15. I called once I landed and they said a pickup would be there shortly. I called after 30 minutes still no shuttle. I called again and they told me just to wait a bit longer. Then at 12:15 still no shuttle and the hotel stopped picking up the phone. I had to get a cab to the hotel. When I checked in I told the two reps at the front desk and they could care less about my concern clearly. They gave me a paper and to fill out when I asked for a manager. Gave me a key and provided the worse service I’ve had in all my travels. If you can even call it service. I came back in the morning waited at the front desk and the same two people were there and completely ignored me and when I asked them again for a manager they said no manager until Monday and to give them my paper with my complaint. They looked like they just rolled out of bed gave complete attitude dressed totally in appropriately. The list goes on. I would like a manager from the hotel to contact me directly. I’m certain if I complete the form and give to the people “working” at the front desk they will throw it away.

Room was nice and clean and staff was accommodating. Elevator was broke so had to lug suitcase up and down stairs and it was noisy at times with slamming doors and my room was right next to the stairs so I got all the noise from people hauling stuff up and down and the noise from the laundry room,

My initial stay was for one night then travel back home (Miami, Florida) but I got sick and I ended up staying three additional nights. No traveling per the doctor I visited in Denver. I called Expedia and I was allowed to complete a new reservation and stayed in the same room. Checking in was quick and I had the 2 Queen beds, studio suite. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room has a sofa bed, sitting area, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, HDTV, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk, iron, and an ironing board. The hotel offers free WiFi and complimentary breakfast serves daily. I went down once and breakfast seemed okay. I had a problem with the toaster, it would not toast the English muffin. Also, I hope they'll consider adding some vegetarian items on the breakfast menu. There is free parking as well as free shuttle to the airport but you have to reserve. The hotel's location is great too, about 15 to 20 minutes to DEN and to several restaurants. Overall, the hotel excellent and the price is great too.
