Not worth the money

Posted Jul 2, 2015
It was ok but not even close to the money it cost! Will be looking elsewhere next time!

Bad from beginning to end.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Lobby was nice and a nice assortment of snacks to purchase.
Cons: Everything
Arrived at 11 pm to stand in line for over 30 minutes to check in behind a group of people who were staying on vouchers from airlines. Finally got to room and it was old and worn out. Signed up for 6:30 am shuttle. Breakfast started at 6 am. When we arrived for breakfast at 6, there was no food. At 6:15 one single person was putting out some breakfast items. None of the items went together. Cereal no milk. Cream cheese no bagels. Cold potatoes, luke warm eggs, gravy, no biscuits. As we were leaving at 6:30. About 2/3rds of the items were out. When we got into the van to go to airport it smelled so strongly of vomit that I could barely breath. It was awful!

Pros: There was little to be enjoyed at a hotel when you cannot sleep at night do to staff and guests carousing until after midnight and NO housekeeping!
Cons: I contacted the general manager. He shirked all responsibility, saying his staff was doing the best it could, and did nothing to address the issues.
Location: You'll enjoy the Harley-Davidson cycle shop just across the street when the Bikers all show up Saturday morning! LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES (and sleep).
Our stay was HORRIBLE and, unfortunately, it was due to poorly trained and negligent staff. Do NOT be deceived by the hotel's slogan of "getting your money's worth." You will not have a satisfying night's stay here-- as I and a line of other disgruntled guests discovered on the weekend of June 5-7th, 2015. On Friday night a wedding party had booked much of the hotel and all the conference rooms (unbeknownst to us-- even though we'd called the hotel in person to check on rooms and of course they didn't tell us they were having a huge event.) Several hotel staff members were part of the wedding party, which continued with loud music and outbursts until well after midnight-- in the hotel lobby, with the front doors propped open. ALL the rooms on the front of the hotel were subject to their noise late into the night. Then a fire alarm was pulled (by a wedding guest) near midnight. We got our kids out of bed and off the fourth floor as the firetruck approached. In the lobby, the staff did NOTHING to let guests no it was an accident. One staff member/wedding partier angrily yelled at guests who had come downstairs as is WE were the problem. No one from the hotel visited any floor letting people know it was a false alarm. Saturday was worse-- our room went UNTOUCHED all day! Even though we asked housekeeping to tend to our room specifically. We returned to find it just as we had left it, with all the towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade. It was disgraceful!

Elevator did not work

Posted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Not Much.
Cons: Elevator and keys that work in your doors
Elevator did not work and staff put one sign out on first floor I guess the people on the second, third and fourth floors have to figure it out on there own, Lucky me was on the fourth floor and had to drag luggage down four flights of stairs.

Decent hotel near airport

Stayed overnight and left before breakfast was offered. Certainly adequate for our purposes.

The hotel was fine, I guess, although we were there for about four hours after a weather-forced overnight stay, and it's hard to take its full measure with such a brief period. But the shuttle service was quite inadequate, not enough room for all the people who shared our plight. We got shut out of one shuttle and were sardined in for both of the directions for which we made it in. Also, the breakfast was pretty poor. Hampton Inn is much better in this area. But this hotel was about the cheapest I could find for the situation we were in, so we made do.

Pros: not much
Cons: see comments above.
Location: I did not go anywhere.
the room appearead clean but smelled - especially the bed and pillows. Had to keep the air conditioner on all night so I had air circulating. The shower control knob was broken and easily could slice a finger. I could not get hot water at all. The breakfast was nice in the morning and the check in staff was pleasant although we had to wait to get into our rooms as the "system" was down. I took the 5:45 shuttle which was packed. The radio was on so loud it was nearly unbearable, I will not stay there again when I am in Denver.

Convenient location close to airport

Posted May 15, 2015
I enjoyed the free (included) breakfast every morning, even if it was the same. The location was as close to the airport as anyone can get as DEN is far from everything.
