"Shangri la was as luxurious and comfortable as we expected it to be, and more! Did not expect the mini bar items to be complimentary for the first time, that was a nice surprise. The staff were super accommodating to all of our requests. The pool is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok.
