Clean and comfortable accommodation with one of the best rooftop bars in Thailand and in the world. Accommodation itself felt somewhat dated but overall a pleasant stay.

Have been a fan of this brand for more years than I care to remember. After Phuket and Maldives I wanted to try this outpost in Bangkok and it did not disappoint. The service, room (suite) and neighborhood are all fantastic. I have always loved the little ZEN touches from candles to incense that are placed in the rooms and common areas. You feel like you're on vacation even if not. Great restaurants and a killer rooftop bar round out the many pluses. Furniture in the rooms is tops as well. Thought went into it and one of the most Hotel beds I've ever slept in. In closing, I remain a huge fan of the Banyon Tree brand.

Not all staff members were polite , when I ask for money to be changed one of them didn’t even look up from the computer and said no we can’t do that. Whilst other staff member already looked into changing the note for me.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. The view from the room (57th floor) and rooftop bar was incredible. The lower sky bar was awesome and had very good cocktails. The room was big, had a great big bath tub, well stocked mini bar but was a little dated. Be aware that the restaurant and bar are high American prices. The waterfall garden next to the ridiculous breakfast buffet is very nice touch to the property. The front desk were always warm and helpful even with recommendations for food. We extended by 2 days even though we planned on hotel hopping.

Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍
