"Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast. We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"

"Superb location right beside the Metro line between airport and city centre. Small grocery store accross the road. Location could not be better. Room facilities: great confortable mattress. Good size shower. However, room a bit small for a 4* hotel. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room: just a kettle; no cups or coffee. This is lacking for this standard hotel. All staff encoutered were very nice and friendly. "

"Super convenient location - literally 5 mins walk from the main railway station In Copenhagen. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by. 10 mins walk to the Meat Packing District which has a great vibe and lots of food and drink options. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downsides of the hotel were that the bed was a little too soft, there was no fridge in the room and the shower/bathroom was pretty tight for space. "What a wonderful trip we had from start to finish! As an Expedia VIP, we were given a room with a balcony which was an added bonus. I didn’t spend too much time looking at other hotels because the reviews were so good and this one was top. Well, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything ran smoothly and the kind lady on reception even helped me out with a hairband when I’d lost mine. The rooms were comfy and spacious, lovely bedding and slept like a log in that nice bed. Breakfast was plentiful...

"Hotel is beautiful! The plus is having taxis outside and ready to go at all times. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked into my room there was no bath towels. Not a huge problem went downstairs to grab three because I’m also traveling with my husband. The representatives told me no that I can only have two towels. I asked if I could pay for the extra towel, but again the answer is no. Personally this sucks because I’m a guest at the hotel and a woman with long hair. I just needed...

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a good sized room which was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to offer some good recommendations for local dining options. Breakfast had a good selection of food available and it was a bonus to be able to use the pool."
