"Todo el personal excelente. Muy atentos y serviciales. El lugar súper limpio. Muy amables en el bar y restaurantes El mejor café y pastel de zanahoria en Capuccino. La vista espectacular… frente a las rocas y el arco. La habitación súper limpia y no faltaban en mantenernos con servicio del mini bar. Gran variedad en el buffet 👌 Si adquieren el paquete completo que incluya transporte aerporuerto, chequen muy bien lo del regreso, ya que nosotros lo perdimos pues teníamos que agendar 72 hrs antes."

"I love this place and the Villa Group. The people are friendly, hospitable, helpful, always have a smile on their face. We stayed in here 5 nights and 6 days and there are plenty of things to do. They have different activities for all ages every day. I highly recommend to book the all inclusive because it’s so worth it. I cannot wait to go back there again with the whole family."

"We enjoyed our jacuzzi suite at the altitude tower. The staff were amazing! Victor (poolside) karen at the grill and bryan at valet to name a few. The pools were nice and big and the overall resort is beautiful. The only downside was the dining options. 2 out of 5 restaurants closed the entire time.. its first come first serve at their establishments so the waits were very long.. oh ya theres no food options past 10pm ! Overall i probably wouldnt stay here again as theres nothing walkable close by "

"This was one of the best all inclusive vacations we have ever had. Right from check in to check out, the staff were so amazing! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. The food variety was a pleasant surprise compared to other all inclusives, where variety gets challenging after the first few days. We felt very safe and secure in and out of the resort area. A big shout out to Axel and Yamaleet at the lobby bar! They went out of their way to make us comfortable! We will be back for sure!"
