"Comfy bed. Outstanding shower in room and coffee machine which seems to be less common these days. Really helpful and friendly staff. Work is going on in hotel but did not affect my comfort at all. Spa and gym classes were all booked up, I came on a whim so didn’t prebook anything. They fit me in for a facial which was outstanding. "Let down by an air BnB option so needed an alternative. The corridor and stairs area prior to the room needs some TLC. My room looked out onto a roof area that needs tidying up. Old paint cans etc. However, my room was clean. Everything worked. Nice shower room. Comfortable bed. TV was good. Some noise from downstairs but didn’t stop me sleeping. Overall good value stay if you’re away on business. "

"Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food "

"Upgraded so real bonus. Room beautiful (25) also bathroom. Only niggles were toilet roll holder too close to toilet - awkward to use when sitting down. Plus tea and coffee facilities in lobby of room so a bit chilly in the morning when wanting to make tea plus the door squeaked (wouldn't stay open) everytime you went in and out so bit annoying"
