"Spacious room. Hot showers. They gave me late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so that was nice. There's a gym and pool on the top floor, with shower. So even after we checked out, we could still shower (they have us towels!) before heading to the airport. that was fabulous. Hotel definitely needs updating though!"

"The hotel was beautiful, the interior, exterior, pool area and views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help you. The food was excellent. Our only criticism with half board is that it was very disappointing to not be given at least a bottle of water with our meal and be expected to pay £8 for a bottle, especially as water was delivered freely to your room every day. We visited all the restaurants and the food was of a high standard. However, we were disappointed that the steak...

"The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station. "
