"The receptionist that welcomed us was super helpful (he’s from Germany). The only thing I found was that the dishes were not clean so I suggest you clean the dishes after guests regardless as the bowl and wine glasses were not washed properly."

"I always stay at the Grand Hyatt when I visit Melbourne. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as I remembered it. The staff member who checked me in was dry I didn't get a nice welcome.
