The hotel is located in a great area, just disappointed when getting to the room and not as described or what the pictures showed it to be. The place is tired. For a one bedroom or studio probably ok. But for the two bedroom you could do better elsewhere

Recently stayed at Oaks on Market for 2 days and were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodation. Our 1-bedroom apartment on the 16th floor offered a breathtaking view of Crown Casino, particularly at night. The breakfast selection was extensive and expertly prepared. The front-of-house, bar, and restaurant staff were attentive, polite, and helpful. We eagerly anticipate our next stay at Oaks on Market.

Good location and fit for purpose. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Massive influx of guests relating to AFL matches so got congested which was expected for lift times and humans congregating around the concierge areas etc. Room was in need of maintainance work. Toilet inlet valve kept inleting water, broken trim around toilet buttons and under toilet seat, drawer in cupboard fell apart when pulled out. Would stay again hoping maintenance issues are addressed.
