"Concierge (Cathy) did a fantastic job in orienting a high-maintenance couple (my wife and I ) to the attractions of San Diego including tickets (and a warm blanket for) the Willie Nelson concert. The Hotel's "Provisional" restaurant is an architectural marvel - besides its good food and service. Hard to find anything about the Hotel and helpful staff to complain about. "

"This must be one of the top hotels I’ve been at lately. The entire staff we interacted with was extremely friendly. The property is CLEAN and I mean OCD clean. The location is very good if you plan to visit San Diego. Make sure to drop by the Above Ash rooftop bar. I would absolutely return."

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms have great wood furniture and the open areas have vintage items as well. Very beautiful building. The middle open courtyard is beautiful and having the balcony to it in the room was wonderful. The area around the property isnt the best, but thats not their fault. Just the nature of the city. It's close to petco park, the water, nightlife, and so many great restaurants."
