"Very nice facility (going thru some updates). Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"The Four Seasons is a very high end quality hotel. It has great rooms with great beds. The staff was very welcoming and attended to my needs. The only thing I did not like was the noise in the middle of the night from the sirens of police cars and ambulances. It was a bit of a nuances. The place was very clean. I was there for a gala and it was very well put together. The food was very good. The place is very clean. We also visited the Gordon Ramsey restaurant and checked out the other amenities they had. Great hotel to stay at. It was a stay cation for me. "
