Pleasant pub hotel, with our room part of a barn conversion just across the road (40 seconds walk away). The room was generously sized and very clean, with a large warm radiator . Large bathroom andlovley shower. Allgreat.

This apartment in close to the pedestrian area in Cheltenham’s centre. While this means that it is close to shops and restaurants, it also means that parking is difficult and there is noise throughout the night. The lift is out of order (a detail which was never communicated or acknowledged) . The flat was clean and kitted with various amenities. The management are responsive to e-communication but their replies are abrupt and unhelpful. I spent 2 nights but got little sleep due to noise and a less than comfortable bed.

Outstanding hotel. We had a superb experience from start to finish. - Lovely clean, warm and cared for hotel. - Scenic location. - Amazing food; both dinner and breakfast were lovely. - Kind and attentive staff. - Comfy bed and decent shower. It's rare to see such quality but these guys nailed it. Don't consider anywhere else, this is a fantastic place to stay.
