“I embrace historic charm and quirkiness; what I don’t like are doors to bathrooms and bedrooms that don’t shut properly and lack of cleaning.
The bedroom was described as deluxe double but there is nothing deluxe about it. The carpet was stained and had not been vacuumed recently as evidenced by dead flies and numerous bits. The door to the bedroom could not be properly closed and there was no lock. I’m not sure why this couldn’t be rectified as the door frames seemed relatively new and……

“We stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for a pitstop, and what a find! We originally planned for one night but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay to two.
Olivia was great, she was welcoming, friendly, and went out of her way to make us feel accommodated, the zip wire, archery and axe throwing activities were great fun for our children. The campfire and chai were such thoughtful touches.

“My one night stay at this hotel was ten out of ten . What it lacked from outside appearance was saved from smiling welcoming staff friendly locals. Great food both evening meal and breakfast. Sunday roast was HUGE. Everywhere was spotless .
As a solo traveller felt very rekaxed. Well done to the Frocester. ”
