Close to village enjoyed the nice weather and walking to the village. Very nice sized dinning room area for a family dinner. Beautiful views out the window."

"Fantastic time at this property. Hiked every morning including to Griffith Observatory (w no driving). Afternoons in pool/hot tub. 2 block walk to Gelsons for groceries; safe cute neighborhood. Short evening ubers to Hllywd Bowl, Dolby, Greek for shows. Pool needed bit of cleaning when we arrived but cleaners showed up so quickly. Fantastic experience. We would rent again!"

"My family loved staying in Vinny's cute lil' home with a well manicured lawn and garden.... tbh, I booked it solely because I absolutely loved seeing pictures of all the flowers in their outdoor space, then it just so happened that it fit exactly what my family needed. 😅 Vinny totally went out of his way to provide everything we needed and more. He stocked the spa tub with bath bombs and salts, the other bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, there were extra blankets and pillows,...

"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

"We had a concert at Luckman Fine Arts, so we wanted a place close to the venue. This place was perfect! The hosts thought of every little detail. The amenities were outstanding. It was private, quiet, and easy to get to. Such a comfortable and chill vibe. The selection of books they provided was especially impressive, as well as the generous assortment of water bottles, plates, and utensils. I would definitely stay here again."

"Property location was perfect for travel all around LA area. only issue was pet hair inside the property. inside cabinets and on floors; however, i was provided a vacuum to remedy. Thermostat was locked at 72 so the family was a bit warm at night but the morning were cool. Backyard fire pit setting was amazing. we told ghost stories, roasted marshmallows and sipped wine. we loved the backyard. BBQ propane grill did not heat as hot as i would have liked but the steaks and burgers eventually...

"Sage Cottage is in a great location. Museums, gardens, restaurants and hikes are very close. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is clean and the management company is responsive. The two main bedrooms are good sized with K or Q beds. If you plan to use the third bedroom it is small with a twin size bed, less light than the other two and no bedside table."
