The Inn at Starlight Lake
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (162)
"The Inn is a step back in time. If you're looking for a place to unwind away from the busy pace of modern life, this is just what the doctor ordered. Sari and Bonnie and staff are wonderful people, the food is top notch, and not having televisions in the rooms is a welcome bonus. The lake across the street affords opportunities to fish or kayak, and there's plenty of trails and back roads to explore whether you're hiking, biking, or driving around."

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (121)

Although the weather didn't cooperate as far as the fishing goes (temps were in the mid to upper 80's), the house remained comfortable inside for sleeping at night. House was as advertised and we enjoyed sitting around the fire down by the river. We saw deer, a bald eagle and various other wildlife. The road into the place was not in great shape but we had a pickup...

"Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."
