"This was our first trip to Italy. This property is centrally located so made it super nice to have one location to tour from without having to move our luggage all around. Our flight was late getting in so it was after 10 pm when we arrived on the property and it was a bit intimidating arriving in the dark and not knowing exactly where we were going. The villa was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The Property Manager was quick to respond to any of my questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. I can’t imagine a better property or location for the money. We would definitely consider staying again."

"We found the management of the hotel to be wonderful, friendly and very helpful on giving us guidance of where to eat and shop. They even went to the trouble to ring some of the business to assist us. The hotel is so close to the station and is about 25 min to Florence. The rooms are very comfortable warm and breakfast is a treat. Can’t recommend it highly enough, we loved 4 days here. "
