"This is a great location that is very convenient to explore Florence. The Pitti Palace is right across the street and less congested and more enjoyable than the Uffizi Gallery. There are restaurants nearby and a laundromat within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV and an electric kettle to make tea and coffee in our room. The only fault was our bathroom had a large step down from the shower, use caution! "

El lugar es más lindo que en las fotos. Muy cómo, amplio, baño enorme con mucho lugar de guardado. Limpieza impecable. Hay agua fría de dispenser y para preparar té, café en el pasillo. El desayuno se sirve en otro lugar, a unos 500 metros.Volvería sin dudarlo."

"The building is over 600 years old but you wouldn’t know it judging by the rooms. There is also a very nice terrace for sun tanning we used that was very private. The view of the Duomo from the room can’t be beat either."

"Comfortable and easy access for local attractions here. A little impersonal as access is through remote instruction - no staff present. Wi-fi doesn’t work most of the time we visited and when it does it’s very weak. A nice room however and a fair price."

"The property was very unique in its style. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map and information about places to eat. There was a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee which was a bonus. The only thing that I would criticise is the pillows. The pillow was extremely hard and I had to replace it with the towels because I could not sleep."

"The staff was very kind the check in was quick , the room was clean but very cold at night since they did stop the heating system. it was very easy to walk everywhere, lot of restaurants around and 5 minutes walk from the train station."

Staff speaks limited English but are very friendly and helpful. Just keep an eye on the slightly convoluted check-in procedures (don't ignore your emails the day of arrival). "

"This hotel was in the perfect location with an amazing view from our room. This hotel only has about six views. This hotel only has about six rooms and has just an odd set up for the room with the shower being located outside of the bathroom. It wasn’t a huge issue, but just thought I would mention it. "The room was spacious, there was no 24/7 reception so the staff asked about our check-in timings and waited for our arrival to give us administrative instructions. The accommodation was on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator for us to bring our luggages up. It was located in a fantastic part of Florence with many shops and eateries around which were open till night. The shower head shared the same space as the toilet bowl so that needed some getting used to."

"What an INCREDIBLE stay at the Canto. From the moment we arrived Marco greeted us and showed us to a beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom luxury apartment for my family of 5 to spend 3 magical days and nights in Florence. The location is exceptional, the units are roomy and clean, and you can be anywhere in the city within a few minutes walk. I cannot recommend this place more. One drawback is there is no lift as it is a historic building but for us that wasn’t a problem. Marco is THE BEST!"

"This BnB is close to train station and restaurants,stores, shopping and attractions. The check-in process is a bit difficult because its done via messaging and email correspondence. I lost connection to internet so I have to call the contact no. to get in so I dont think this property is for everyone since Its all done remotely. The property has minimal accomodations but enough for a night or 2.Otherwise, still a good BnB for the price"

"The villa was nice, beautiful scenery. A bit cold the days we were there, this location is better when sunny and warm. Absolutely must have a car, because taxi was expensive and not easy to get up there. Front desk/reception guy was rude and made faces- not the most friendly staff."
