“Great place to stay”

This Hotel was in an excellent location close to the train station and all of the city amenities. A quick 10 - 15 minute walk to the lake front and Old Town. The room was in very good condition - ultra comfortable bed and good high pressure shower. What really stood out was the very high level of customer service that we received from all staff during our stay from the moment we checked in. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend this Hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Good location, 5 min walk from railway, 5 mins to lake and 15 mins to the old town. Tram stop just outside and free tickets to visitors. Staff very helpful.

Great hotel, nice decor, just a few minutes walk from the station and about ten minutes from the lakeside. The room was a good size and although it overlooked the main street we were not bothered by noise. The transport card given to us by the hotel was well used. The close proximity to the station made it ideal for rail trips to Lausanne and Montreux.

“Great hotel, well located”

The location is great, we walked from the train station to the hotel and back with our luggage. Most of the city an lake are easily accessible from here. Staff were very helpful and all spoke good english. The breakfasts were also good, we eat other meals outside as we were travelling the touriust attractions.

This is a great hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff are among the nicest and most professional I have encountered.

“Great Hotel in Perfect Location, Superb Service”

This hotel was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even if your French is not the greatest. They are happy to speak to you in English. They were eager to recommend restaurants and nearby attractions and each recommendation was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious with a very comfy bed, nice furniture, and a beautiful large bathroom. They have a little business center with free internet access which we used to plan the rest of our trip while we were there, and the hostess happily served us while we were in there so that we didn't have to walk back and forth from the hotel bar. The parking lot was very convenient (highly recommend renting a car there, there is so much to see and do), though parking was somewhat expensive. It's a short drive to everything (shopping, Lake Geneva, great restaurants)and near highways if you want to head to other cities or cross the border to France. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but great to start your day. Next time my husband and I are in Geneva, we will definitely stay here again.
